What is Justice4PAKids?

Justice4PAKids is a 501 c-3 non-profit coalition of advocates, survivors, legal and medical professionals and concerned citizens dedicated to bringing greater awareness regarding sexual abuse in children.

Maureen Martinez

Maureen Martinez President

Martinez has served as writer, editor and publisher for various trade publications for more than a decade. She is a married mother of 3 and active community volunteer with her children’s schools. She holds a BA from SUNY Buffalo in Journalism.

Robert J. Riley

Robert J. Riley Vice President

Robert J. Riley is CEO The Riley Company, a personal financial planning and employee benefits planning firm founded in 1973. He is a Trustee of the Paoli Hospital Foundation and a Board Member of the Upper Main Line YMCA. Riley is a graduate of West Chester University and served as an Officer for 3 years Active Duty US Marine Corp

Nancy Mortimer O’Brien

Nancy Mortimer O’Brien Board of Directors

Nancy Mortimer O’Brien is former Communications Director for the March of Dimes, Philadelphia. She served as Chairman of Partners for Healthy Babies, is on the board of the Montgomery County Teen Parent Task Force and the Montgomery County Alliance for Healthy Babies, and Montgomery County Commission for Women and Families.

Christina Wagoner

Christina Wagoner Treasurer

Christina Wagoner is a community volunteer and involved in many charities throughout Chester County. She has been employed by the YMCA of the Upper Main Line since 1992. She is the Vice President of Finance and has been instrumental in the finance development of the YMCA. Christina is passionate about the mission of Justice4PAKids and volunteers her accounting services to the organization. Christina lives in Phoenixville, PA with her husband and daughter. Her son lives in San Diego and is currently in the Navy Reserve.

Laura Wagoner

Laura Wagoner Board of Directors

Laura Wagoner is currently the Political Director for the Republican Committee of Chester County. She spent many summers working as a camp counselor at the Upper Main Line YMCA, mentoring young children on the meaning of values and proper well-being. Wagoner is an energetic community volunteer; serving meals at the Salvation Army, coaching Little League baseball and serving as an active crew member at the Valley Forge Fire Volunteer Company. Ms. Wagoner was a varsity athlete at Franklin & Marshall College and graduated in May 2013 with a degree in Government.

Robert Nelson

Robert Nelson Board of Directors

Robert Nelson is an internationally recognized speaker and organizational strategist who sits on Harvard Universities Institute of Politics’ Global Food Policy Advisory Board. He is a survivor of child sexual abuse and a passionate advocate. Nelson is a graduate of the Ohio State University with a degree in Criminology and Sociology.
